Wholesale Terms of Trade
MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITIES
If the order quantities below don't meet your needs or you want to try products in smaller amounts to ensure they work for your business - we're here to talk about working together and providing a tailored, seamless experience for our retail partners - feel free to contact us with any questions.
Epic Drip Filters; Our minimum order is 1 carton. 1 Carton contains 12 boxes of your choosing. Each box contains 7 Epic Drip Filters of a single roast.
Epic Gift Packs; Our minimum order is 10 gift packs.
Epic Coffee Beans; Our minimum order is 3kg of coffee made up of any roasts or grinds we have available.
FREIGHT
We offer complimentary shipping with each full carton ordered. Orders outside of this will be subject to additional shipping charges. Orders are packed within 1-3 working days. If there are any delays with your order, we will let you know right away.
RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
Return of faulty/damaged items should occur within 7 days of receiving them. To report a damaged item, please email the details of the damage and an image to dasha@epiccoffee.co.nz. Non-delivery must be reported immediately.
All orders are final and cannot be cancelled once the order has been confirmed and the final invoice has been generated. We do not accept return of unsold goods, change of mind or preference of natural variation in handcrafted items such as enamel mugs.
PRICES
Prices shown on Wholesale/Trade Price lists, or via our wholesale portal are exclusive of GST, prices shown on our online store are inclusive of GST. We reserve the right to alter our pricing with 14 days notice, unless already invoiced. The RRP for each product is listed on our main website www.epiccoffee.co.nz and on our price lists. We ask you to please sell products at the RRP listed where possible to keep things fair for all of our retail partners and retain product/brand integrity, if you have any questions around this we urge you to contact us to discuss further.
DISTRIBUTION
Epic Coffee products may not be distributed through any third party online marketplaces, including TradeMe, Facebook Marketplace etc.
PAYMENT TERMS
All orders are on 7 day payment terms. You can pay via online link sent with your invoice or via internet banking. Please state your invoice/order number as the payment reference when paying via internet banking.
First time trade or wholesale order invoices must be paid in full prior to the dispatch of stock. Future orders will be invoiced on 7 day payment terms.
OVERDUE ACCOUNTS
Any accounts that are outstanding for over 60 days may be passed on to debt collection and any fees involved in recovering the debt is the responsibility of the stockist.
COPYRIGHT & INTELLECTUAL MATERIAL
All Epic Coffee product images and product copy are subject to copyright and are the property of Epic Coffee. Approved Epic Coffee stockists are welcome to use any of the images on the www.epiccoffee.co.nz website or official social media pages for the purpose of promoting the product/s. High res images are available on request.
LIABILITY
Epic Coffee cannot be held liable for any losses, costs, damages and expenses (including legal costs) resulting from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms of Trade.
AGREEMENT OF TERMS
By placing an order with Epic Coffee you are agreeing to the above terms and conditions. These terms are subject to change at any time. If the terms are amended, stockists will be informed, and they will be effective immediately. Individual stockist terms may apply.
